Quality Policy
Brite Rubber Processor Private Limited is an organization that fulfils the quality requirements of our customers by meeting statutory and regulatory requirements. The grading of Block Rubber is based on the technical specifications published by the Bureau of Indian Standards. Specification for Raw Material Rubber (Fourth Revision). The factory has a fully equipped laboratory which is used for testing and grading the products. Presently, we are having a set of Wallace Plastimeter and PRI oven from UK. All equipments for testing PO, PRI, Nitrogen, Dirt, Ash, DRC and Volatile matter has been installed in our laboratory. These products are packaged using high grade packaging material to retain their quality features for long duration.
Environmental Policy
We at Brite Rubber Processor Private Limited are committed to enhance the quality of the Environment through the following proactive approach in the processing of scrap rubber to ISNR. Towards this we will strive for:
- Complying with all applicable Environmental Regulations & other requirements.
- We have also set up an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for the treatment of waste water & re-cycling it for ecological conservation.
- We also use only Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) to run the dryer.
- Adopting pollution prevention techniques and measures in the processing of latex by minimizing consumption of key resources thereby minimizing the emission to land, air and water.
- Continual improvement through periodic reviewing of Objectives & targets and our environmental performance by providing adequate infrastructure facilities.
- Communicating this Policy internally to all our employees, and such interested external parties.
