At Brite Rubber, quality is built into every stage
of our product journey. We fulfil customer quality requirements by adhering to applicable statutory
and regulatory requirements while grading Block Rubber.
Our dedicated laboratory provides the testing infrastructure required to evaluate and grade our products against defined quality parameters.
State of The Art Laboratory
Our factory houses a 600 sq. ft. fully equipped laboratory dedicated to comprehensive quality assurance, product testing and grading.
The laboratory is equipped to test critical rubber parameters including:
- P0
- PRI
- Nitrogen
- Dirt
- Ash
- Volatile Matter
Standard testing protocols are followed for each parameter to support consistent and reliable quality evaluation.
Our Quality Control Process
- Standard/Custom Specification
Block Rubber is graded based on the standard technical specifications or any custom specifications provided by client.
- Laboratory Testing
Samples are evaluated in our dedicated laboratory using specialized equipment for key physical and chemical quality parameters.
- Quality Assurance
Testing is conducted using standard protocols for the respective parameters, supporting systematic quality assessment.
- Metal Detection
Finished goods undergo metal detector scanning before packaging as an additional inspection step.
- Protective Packaging
Finished products are packaged using high-grade LDPE packaging material designed to retain their quality features for an extended period.

Experienced Technical Leadership
The laboratory is headed by Mr. Jyotibikash Deb, Production & Quality Head, with support from Mr. Bappa Kar and a laboratory helper. Both Mr. Jyotibikash Deb and Mr. Bappa Kar hold degrees in Rubber Technology from Tripura University, bringing specialized technical expertise to the laboratory and quality-control operations.
Quality Beyond Testing
Quality control does not end with laboratory analysis. Our finished goods are subjected to metal detection and carefully packaged in high-grade LDPE material, helping preserve the product’s quality features during storage and handling.
